Oh Come, Please!

In the second to the last line in the Bible (Revelation 22:20), you can find the words,

Amen! Come, Lord Jesus!

As we move through these days of Advent, awaiting the remembrance of the Nativity of the Lord, I have been reflecting on these words which call out to God, asking Him to once again visit His people.

Of course, these words almost come to life in the song, Oh Come, Oh Come EmmanuelThe other day, I reminded you that Emmanuel is the Hebrew word for God is with us,  and it is one of the most important titles given to Jesus.  What does that mean to us?

What should that mean to us?  As you reflect on this question, here’s a little video clip to help get you in a prayerful mood.
