Since becoming a vegetarian/vegan last summer, I’ve been working on a little recipe collection to help me with this new way of cooking. There are lots of great cookbooks out there (see my Things I Like page), and it can be a bit overwhelming.
My hope is that you’ll see something you may like, try it out, then let me know what you think by posting a comment. You wouldn’t be visiting these pages if you didn’t want to get yourself healthier, and I’d like you to consider that we are all in this together. Let’s build an on-line community of friends!
By the way, there are still one or two recipes that include meat/dairy on this blog. Not everyone I know is vegetarian, and some of my friends have asked me to post these favorites. Everything in balance 🙂
