Happy New Year

Well, we made it.  2014 is here, and I hope and pray that it will be a great year for everyone.

I don't know about you, but I have several resolutions that I plan to work on this year.

A big one is to finish up my doctoral studies and be ready to graduate in the spring of 2015.  I purchased some software recently that I hope will help me reach this huge goal.  I hope they work like they're supposed to :)

Next, like most people, I want to get back in shape.  This is a top priority for me, and there's several goals attached to it.  A lot of work is needed, but I'm ready for it.

I could go on and on, but I think I'll stop with these two resolutions.  How about you?  What do you plan to accomplish in 2014?  I've heard that one of the most important things a person can do to succeed in their resolutions is to write them down.  So, be sure you do just that.

A friend recently gave me a day planner that he says will help me achieve my goals in the New Year.  So, when I'm done with this post, I plan to get cracking and write everything down.

I hope and pray that 2014 will be a wonderful year for you, your family and friends, and for the world.   Happy New Year!
